These are used to align the disc correctly onto a 4 stud hub when doing a big brake conversion to your Nova, Corsa, Tigra, Astra, Cavalier etc.
The 288mm can be found on most 5 stud Vectra including SRi and V6. These are a cheaper alternative over the 284mm setup from the Calibra Turbo when it comes to buying discs and pads!
