1.0 engine

iv got a mint 1.0 engine out of a nova has a 4 speed gearbox i was wondering if this is to some use for someone? will the gearbox fit other engines? its to good to just bin it lol

aint got a clue. it had done 18500 miles when i bought it and its noe done 30000 sweet as a nut though never let me down.

I sold a 4 sp cluster for £40 the other day. You could prob get something for the box at least.

thats what i thought the box might be of some use maybe.

it wont fit any other engine as the bell housing bolt holes are too small.
as mentioned the 1.0 final drive and crown wheel might be of use to someone wanting to improve accelleration, and also the speedo drive gear may be desireable also.

yeah but you can sell the cluster and CWP, they arent that hard to remove.
