So it seems the oil is coming from the rocker cover, travelling through the breather straight into the Carb and choking the car. I thought it was a breathing issue and changed the Rocker Cover for a new one but no difference. Any ideas, is my engine ****ed?

Put the pipe into a bottle and run it for a while, if it fills quick then your problery going to have one ****ed engine on your hands.

No, the SPI throttle body does look similar to a carburettor unit iirc.

It is a Carb, the only difference is that it has an injector on it. Remove it and fit a fuel inlet and you have a Carb. FFS!!

Sloth, 16 16v all the way me thinks, or an XE.
