Last week i bought myself a Cav turbo with the head off and in the boot!

Built it all back up but cant figure out which way the vac pipes go around the hot start valve, TB, FPR and amal valve

Obviously theres more than one way they all go

I have them wired up atm but its not boosting up like i think it should, dump valve doesnt sound til 4k when as i know they should be boosting up earlier than that!

So has anyone any diagrams/pics of their setup?

Thanks in advance

Chris

in the firs pic the pipe coming off the front of the hot start valve goes into the first hole on the left of the throttle body

the pipe at the back goes to the fpr.

on the amal valve the pipe furthest away from the electrical connections goes to the actuator and the other goes to a nipple on the inlet side of the turbo.

hope the pics help, sorry for the bad quality was in a rush:thumb:

Just bypass the hotstart valve, not needed, leave it plugged in tho.
