big end and main bearings on xe

As above im building a high spec xe and was wondering if anyone could advise me on the bearings. iv noticed also its possible to get heavy duty ones wat diferance is there? any advice will be greatfull

considering the bearing should never touch the journal there is little point. the big end is meant to 'float' on a wedge of oil. the only thing about uprated bearings is that you get a SLIGHT chance of not wiping the white metal should you have a split second of surge on a corner for instance. it just stops the metal picking up and wiping out so quickly.
