hello everyone! not been on in a while, hope everything is still ticketty boo with you all

just a quick one, im quite a fan of merc 190Es, but im sure i have seen them with the over sized merc badge on the grill, yet i cant seem to find any pics :( have i got the model number wrong or what?

No you are right, a few do have them....I've never worked out if thats how they left the factory (I guess it isn't).

Have seen them on a few specs however not just one. My cosworth doesn't have one tho (Which i think looks better)

i love the big badge lol, just been getting quotes on a cosworth one, 1700 was the cheapest for me :(

Yeah, I would read up a lot before you start looking to buy. The W201 (190e) does have a few things that go and cost an "arm and a leg" to replace. My electric windows work but no one is going to use them !!!! same with the lap timer ect....

Yeah , I was looking also at the e30 IS ... worth a look. In fact if your tight for cash that would be my option all day long , there isn't much point spending under 3k - 3.5k on the merc or they are just dogs. Even after that you'll get a few cowboys

Uhh, thats another car that I was looking at before I went for the 190e. E30's are BMW's pal.... its more fun I would guess than the 190e too. depends what you want,

I think they also come with a LSD too
