i thought it might of been the springs bt i tried my pal's 60mm springs of his corsa and it didnt drop. do u think 80mm springs would do the trick?

are you sure the original rear springs werent shagged and saggy so NEW lowering ones havent dont anything...

We compared Dans car on a -60ish kit to my std 1.2 a few years back and his was an inch higher lol

na m8 ma wee gsi has only done 40,000 miles so the springs were pretty much new. I changed the suspension at abt 30,000 thot the springs jst needed 2 settle in bt as time went on i relised it wasnt right.

are you sure the back never had lowering springs in it before you started. or can you push the car down from the boot as the rubber bits in the shockys might be the wrong ones stopping it going down.

no mate the car was totally standard when i got it. it was sitting since 1997 in a police compound b4 i got it. the back of the car is pure solid but its the same when i switched the suspension to the tigra. i bought the suspension brand new 4 a nova so id reacon the parts with the kit were right. thanks 4 everyones feedback.

the gte/gsi was lowered from the std model. the new springs may not be lowered gte/gsi ones, but lowered std ones.....
