HEY YOOOU GUYS!! would an early flat type xe flywheel bolt straight onto the late type block?? i heard they are 100kg lighter and give you higher revs is this correct:roll:

The bolt pattern on the crank is the same on all XE / LET's, so yes it would swap over no bother, you'd also need a cover plate to suit the flat flywheel.
It wont allow it to rev higher but it would rev quicker due to it being slightly lighter, doubt you'd notice tho.

cool beans! you really think it wouldn't make much difference?? because obviously i dont see the point in all the hassle if not.. O yeah sorry i meant quicker rather than higherlol

:eek: yeh i agree, i have read it somewhere mabye it was 10???lol , i suppose it would only cause even MORE wheelspin in an empty crisp packet (nova) anyways

Yeah its well worth doing.
Get it lighten and balanced too if you can, makes a big different.

Wont do anything with wheel spin.

what fuel pump would u have to use for bike carbs or can u use the one on the engine?
