Does anybody know whats the difference between stage 2, stage 3 and race?
Will ring them when get chance too but just wondered if anyone knew

basically, they mean anything they want to mean these days.........

it was how things were done in the seventies on ford Xflows & minis...

I'd imagine the difference from stage 2 and 3 to race will be the amount of porting and polishing. The expensive bit starts when you fit bigger valves. That may include the "race" head. Mine cost me £865 ex. Thats got 1mm over size stainless valves,double springs, new guides,porting polishing and gas flowed. His work is good quality though
