I have a 1992 GSi K reg the ECU in it has siemens written on it.. i was wondering what would happen if i connected a BOSCH ECU as it has been superchipped!! any ideas on what it might do to the car or ECU???
Cheers Guys :?
not sure if it would work, cuz iv seen these with RON plugs that the bosch doesnt have. If you got a GTE engine loom aswell then it would probably work fine. I might have 1 i shal look later on

my bosch has a RON plug. Tip - for a few extra barke, go to vauxhall and ask for a RED Octane plug. Will give your car about 3 more brake. If you run on super unleaded, get a green one, will give about 7 more than brown plug with 95 octane.

IT JUST TELLS THE ECU WHAT FUEL THE CAR IS RUNNING ON. IT WONT DO THE CAR ANY DAMAGE. tHE RON PLUG WILL JUST RETARD THE TIMING BIT AND A FEW OTHER BITS JUST TO GET THE EXTRA POWER
