opinions on my vespa floor panel beating

im restoring my vespa pk 50 but the floor is like the himalaya's. Im thinking chop it out and weld a new floor or is there a better way :thumb: cheers. i dont want to cover it up as im getting new floor runners for it.

i remember being told a few years back, that floor repair panels are available new. not sure where from tho mate

cheers i did see them for the older scooters but not for the pk its an 84.

ahhh i see, id try vespa themselves mate, they may know. my cousins doing a 62 atm, some rare red thing....
