AVO'S info please

hi,
just wondering if anyone knows dimension's / poundage of the standard avo coilover kit suplied.

want to up grade springs, as have got c20xe fitted, any sugestions on setup for a,
gsi shell with c20xe fitted, fully interior laden for fast road use, rear's are turreted.

Standard front springs are 8" length, and 300lb's rating iirc. They used to supply 250s, but a guy at Avo said people complained they were too soft, so they swapped to supplying 300s
Should be fine for a c20xe

i think i might have 250's then as mine are soft. when did they change them over do you know ruffly.

any sugestions for the rear set up?

I just sold my rears as they were SO stiff. I could have bought softer springs but traded upto a full GAZ kit instead of just rear coilies.

My car has full interior, only missing the spare wheel. Smallblock XE.
