how to get rally licence question ???

Hi all .i want to start rallying a nova gte but dont no were to to start about getting the licence .if any one could help:thumb:

if wanting to do stage/ single venue then need to get hold of a National B licence. Need to send off for aplication pack from the msa site. Go to a place where they hold the BARS test (Phil Price in wales is best place imo) Drive a car on a stage, take a theory test and done.

And also, it's probably easier now to buy a car already log booked, rules have changed as of January IIRC and much stricter.
