hey guys,

right, i wanna MOT the loon soon ,but the front end is flimsy,

no i dont mean the structure,

right,

my headlights are ok, no movement there, but the indecators, you can pull em out, surely there should be a clip or summit to stop it flying out,

got the white clips holding me headlights in, n theyre fine, but the indecators arnt being held in by anything,

springy metal clip, hooks onto the headlight. sounds like theyve gone for a wander...

Should be a semicircular metal clasp round the back of the indicator?

The plastic slides also have tangs at the end which break off and let the indicator slide out forwards, sounds like they may have broken

[edit] Insecure indicator is an MOT fail. Duct tape on the back of the lamp to hold it in place? :D

lol that would be funny to watch under braking. screech..... WOOOSH. just take out the headlight and inderactor its not to hard just the plugs at the back and the bolts on the top. then re-asseble them, if it is still happening then the bracketry on one or maybe both have gone, and when putting back together dont forget to put them on the llittle holders at the bottom

lol only jus put em back , would it fail the MOT if i make a clamp to hold it in place?

no if its secure its ok. ive gaffad the bulbs to the wings before and got a pass.....
