They're not, only in the For Sale forum but tbh I'm sick and tired of "look cheap item!!!!1!!8!four!!!".

As said in previous threads, if people want something they will search on ebay for it themselves. All it does is spam the price up.

From now on I will delete any threads that link to a "cheap ebay item!" in geneal chat (that doesn't mean ALL ebay links, just ones that are obvious "hey guys go bid on this" threads)
