well after buyin a rotten sr that i wasnt getting the time to repair i just went and bought a roadworthy one instead...

next to do...
fit new passenger sill,
fit new steering column where sum ****er broke it trying to nick it http://www.essexcruiseunion.co.uk/forum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif ,
fit K&N filter (in post),
fit gsi sideskirts,
service and cambelt....

when i bought it i was told it's a GTE interior that someone had retrimed,, looks alright though, theres a couple more things that are grey still which need to go black.....
going to lose the spoiler too, its been poorly fitted and the paints cracked, might go for a mk2 spoiler but i might also go spoilerless , unsure

Looks good mate, if your going to fit a new sill you may aswell do the both of them and the back arches whilst it's all apart, how do you find it with the spax coilovers ? mine handled well with them but it was bumpy as hell, good luck anyhow, liking the orange peel wheels btw :)

yeah handles well but yes! bumpy as hell!!

ive done the sill now, welded it just below the gsi sideskirt line so i sould get away with not painting it. i will be doing both the arches in the summer and probably a respray.

K&N air filter and breather filter now on, gsi sideskirts on, front strut brace on.

cool sounds good ! those spax's are the bumpiest suspension i've felt mind ! a bit much for everyday use, where have you got yours set at ? my TRD suspension feels positivley comfy in comparison !! look forward to some piccies.
