this is doing my tree in. i cant bloody sleep!!! i read jays thread but nothing works. anyone else the same?

I'm the same mate, think I've slept maybe 4 hours since thursday. Really startin to get on my tits. As above, tried everything even sleeping tablets...don't seem to phase me :(

yeah, its mad. ive had 4 hrs sleep in the past 4 days, and i feel like running a marathon! grrr! ive drawn on cad aload of diags, i've costed my new business proposal, and drawn up a list of stuff to sell on here and ebay. i'm sat watching parliament channel ffs, and i'm still here lol

I know the feeling, I'd expect to be exhausted but I find myself having more energy by not sleeping. Starting to lose track of days now though, and even not sleeping, still not finding enough time to do everything I need to, lol. SkyNews ForTheALLNIGHTWin!! lmao

Sweet as mate, im working a pizza boy now so its getting loads of use and never misses a beat!

My mate has an original cav sri with 260k on the original engine so its not even halfway done yet.

There was a project v6 on here and the guy had a d-reg 4dr saloon that he wants rid of, think it needs arches but looks original and pretty good other than that.

aye thats bowmans, he's scrapped it, apparently it wanted arches and sills and other bits. tbh i prefer the mk2 spi's as there easier to convert. i'd like a white one done as a supertourer model!

you pussys, do what i done ive been awake for 5 days before with no sleep at all. by 3rd day i thought fook this and went fishing for 2 days lol caught a lovely bass and about 100 doggys lol

Bed before midnight, wake up early and do something throughout the day - if you have a desk job, go to the gym at lunch time or after work for example.

Sitting in front of a pc at sill o'clock am isn't going to help you sleep

my best tip for getting to sleep:

become a parent (not an absent b4stard maker type)
an evening with several offspring gets you knackered

Have some night nurse always does the trick for me.Ive even woke up with the bottle in one hand and the lid in the other before now.I was that gone i didnt even spil it lol.

TBH I've been no different for the last month and this week especially.

I gave up smoking, not just fags which after 14 years has been suprisingly easy although no sleep is starting to get on my tits now.

I've even started walking the dog for 3 miles most nights, usually 2am and I get back in and lay in bed till I eventually drift off.

Knocking one out became a bit boring too, nout worse than knocking one out then STILL not being able to fall asleep
