1200 SX Project

Hi everyone.
Bit of an intro: bought my second nova just before xmas but used to have an autograss / grass-track class 2. Great fun and pretty nippy, specs of the little beast looked something like this:

1.3L shell - completely stripped out, no glass, interior, trim, nothing! Just the door and boot skins welded in place, in and out the dukes of hazzard way, mesh screen and a 6 point cage.
Kirky seat,
Momo wheel,
Luke 4 point harness,
Under bonnet stainless fuel tank,
1300 sr engine and box - head skimmed 45 thou with chemical dip and decoke, standard inlet with adapter plates for a 32mm carb, gvm manifold with a stainless straight through system.
Gmax 40mm struts on the front and 60mm springs on the rear, with polybushes all round, gsi front aniti-roll bar and an OMP strut brace.

I've got what I think are Mk3 Astra sport 15" wheels to fit and a few other ideas in the works.

Hopefully getting hold of a GSi motor.

The SX doesn't look too bad mate, try and get some day light pics of it

I'll try and sort out some better pics in day light of the sx.
It's a solid shell but has a few dents here and there.

I've been dangerously searching ebay for tat and here's what I've ended up with so far:

Astra Sport wheels, two with good tyres already fitted to the front of the SX, other two need tyres replacing one of which is down to the canvass :eek:.

As soon as my exams are fini and I have a weekend back home I might be able to actually fit something.

Really enjoy this site btw, all the projects make interesting reading / looking, and the 'how to' articles are cool. :thumb:
