Hi all, ive just signed up as i have had passion for Nova's for ages now.
Im 22
From Ipswich
Cars i have owned in order:
Nova 1.2i Snap (GSi Rep):D
Clio 1.8 16V
106 Quicksilver :tard:
Corsa Gsi (C16XE)
Astra Coupe Turbo
BMW M3 E36 (Current)
The main reason for me signing up is, im looking for another Nova Preferably an XE or LET or a Clean GSi, Don't get me wrong the M3 is an awesome car with it being RWD and having 290BHP etc etc. But im planning on getting rid of it for a Nova, so if anyones interested in an M3 let me know lol:thumb:
Welcome to PNG. Im sure you wont find it hard to find a XE or LET.
welcome to the site mate hope you enjoy your stay.

Yeah minimum 15 posts before posting pics.
That was my mates who worked beside me, sold that to get a Saxo and free up some cash to buy his first house with his fiancee. Now wishes he'd dumped her, squatted at his Mum's to have kept it. Was an awesome machine I must admit.

I was under the impression that these produced 320bhp?
Mike-Gsi
20-01-09, 12:46 PM
Yes the 3.2 Evo Produces 320Bhp
but mine is the 3.0 that produces about 295Bhp
Both have a Vanos (German Vtec) lol

Yeah, he was crapping himself that the Vanos unit would pack in at some stage (but it didn't). Pretty clever contraption I must say.

i had the 2.5 ise one with the 2.8 head on it and was quite impressed lol not quite the car an m3 is mind you lol. im sure the vanos usualy got somewhere between 80-90 thousand miles but once they had been changed they didnt usually go agian mines had the single vanos and the car had done nearly 200 thousand miles lol still went like stink and vanos was very very quiet u couldnt hear it at all

Alot of people worry about the Vanos More so on the 3.2 becuase its a Twin Vanos, Btu all it is that goes on them is the solonoid inside them which costs pennies compared to the whole unit, also the 3.0 single Vanos very rarely goes wrong :)

theres loads of novas on PH but theyre usually overpriced imo. keep checking on here or even put up a wanted car thread and see what response you get.

There are a few bad bits about the car, which is why its priced so low :thumb:
