Anyone know of any cheaper places to get one?

Thats a very snazzy loom there Jonlem!

What would be cost for something like that?

That one was £675 and for Pectel T6, its using DR25 coating which is oil and fuel resistant which typically means it is the most expensive covering you can use, same as the military use.

Everyone assumes you can make something like that in day but there very much mistaken, there is a LOT of work in making any loom correctly, just the fuel pump looms I made for Ads car with kill switches and braid covering took long enough to make as I wanted them to look right.

Nice looking loom. Very good finish

8 injectors?.....

It is a 4 injector loom, the other plugs are for sensors mounted in the inlet manifold.

It runs connections for thermocouples, switchable map switches, live data feed connection amongst lots of other bits, its far from your average road car loom.

What ecu is your engine going on or are you undecided ?

Dar sent me a link to GWR motorsport, so I rung Steve there, and his looms are £265+vat (he supplies them to SBD too, so sbd bump on 60odd quid for doing sweet FA)
So about £300 inc vat....

The mbe connector is £19 from GWR, but looking at the wiring pinouts on the mbe, some of the wire descriptions are a bit vague/confusing, and dont really give any information as to where to run to(as its just a pinout diagram, and not a wire function one if you get me)

Sounds about right for a basic loom like the MBE uses, there isn't much to them at all.

Gavs loom had everything, launch control, full thottle gear shift, anti lag, wideband and narrowband lambda monitoring and a few other bits and worked out similar money to what SBD sell the MBE looms for.

That's mighty impressive James.

I have to ask though, what is the ghay pink connector for?
