Ok, after firstly having my hours reduced and now an extended shutdown, i have to save some money.

My Ford Fiesta XR2i 16v (1.8 zetec engine) is up for sale.

MOT: 30th October 2009. Needed welding, brakes bleeding and two front tyres.
Tax: April 2009
Mileage: 104k
Age: J reg 1991

The bodywork is by no means mint on this car, but it is also no shed! It has the odd blemish/car park ding/dent, as to be expected with a car of this age. There is a few scabs along the bottom edge of the drivers door, on the drivers side and passenger side rear wheel arches, and on the fuel filler cap surround. There is also the odd minor dent, on the bonnet and rear quarter panel. All of which are not that noticeable. All this is pictured below. The bottom left side of the front bumper has a scuff, I believe it has had a slight knock at some stage as the front fog light needed replacing when I bought the car.

The interior is in really good condition. It has the better wing back front seats, no signs of wear on the bolsters. CD headunit not included in the sale.
I have the original Ford folder with the handbooks and some stamps in the service book up to 80,000. There is also old MOT’s going back to 2001. I have the V5 for the car.

There are a few bad points to this car, unfortunately. The rear wash/wipe has stopped working. Could be the motor, I have checked the fuses. The central locking has been playing up so have to manually lock the passengers door. I only have one key for the car. This operates the drivers door and the ignition. The boot is opened by a button on the dash and a separate key for the fuel filler cap. The drivers side carpet gets damp when it has been raining so I think this maybe a blocked sunroof (tilt only) drainage tube, but have not had the time to investigate this.

Other than the points mentioned above, this car has no major faults. I have been using it daily since I bought it with no troubles whatsoever. It starts first time every time, and drives fine. Where it has been lowered the ride can be abit harsh on poorly maintained roads!

Now for the pics...

I try not to post on F/S threads but the rear wash wipe and demister prob, double the earth up as they earth through the tailgate hinges and its not a good earth i had the same prob on my H plate XR2i, i ran a length of amp wiring cable from the boot up the pillar and doubled the earth through that and your boot release wiper and demister should work again tis a common prob on these as they suffer from bad earths:thumb:

Btw looks awesome i have a soft spot for old skool fords, free bump!
