1993 Nova Spin - My recent purchase.

Went down to Herts last week to have a butchers a 'clean' white Spin that was advertised on Pistonheads by a dealer...

1 owner, lady doctor (wtf - get a Merc like teh rest of 'em lol) and kept in a garage (sure it was!)

70k and FSH, I couldnt help myself - had to go have a looksy. I was promised by the dealer that I wouldnt find better - hmmm OK....

I know that the cleanest shells of late have been mk1s and it seems that the later models are all rotten, which did put me off, but I went for it and drove with Kris (Corsakid) 140 miles....

Seems clean! not allowed to say its mint, cos there is a 5p piece bubble on the bottom of the arch where it meets the sill....:roll:

Looked at a few recently, but this one was the only one not to have a sunroof;)

not 100% sure what the plans are yet, but I have a few brewing.

I have also noticed that it has some weird protective stone chip type stuff on the boot lip and bottom of doors and bottom of arches - it looks like rust in the pics! lol ever seen this before....?

At the mo, its on the drive braving the elements! I need to find a garage or may just get a decent car cover.

Really hard to value something like this anyway tbh...
