Hi guys, right i had my xe conversion cav running fine today after having origional non starting problems and then it just wouldnt start and now have spark and fuel but still wont start? any help my eml light is on then when cranking it goes off?? this cars really doing my nut in now!! i cant beleive it my gaffer came round and had a nose with the wiring the he turned the key and it started?!?! then it started 3 times after that and then wouldnt?
still no good, just been down to the car,
1. tryed to start it was wanting to go but wouldnt fire - so i pulled the plugs out they were very wet - ( i assume because of the cranking over).
2. ive got fuel at the fuel rail
3. Ive got a good spark
4. checked all the connections at the 3 plugs all fine
5. ive got 12v at the 2 little live plugs in the bay
6. checked fuses all ok
what else can i try?!?! anyone!!?!?
