Crazy idea!!!!

I had a cheapskate brainwave!
If I were to saw the mk1 1.2 bumper and grill unit in half, seperating the grill and bumper, could I then re-attatch the bumper, and create a full mesh only grill?
Or would the bumper not stay on?
Also - how hard is it to cut the bumper?

Get a saloon bumper if you want to do this

I thaught about it for my car but get a gte grille and fill it with mesh. The bumper would stay on if you did it.

have u thought about just cutting the slat( or slats) out of the grille?

what i did on my second nova was to chop the bumper off and keep the grill with a mk2 bumper this looked differnt (4 years ago :)
