Mk2 Heater cable & Ash tray

I'm looking for a good condition MK2 ash tray no bad scratches on it fag burns etc like so:-

Also I'm in need of a MK2 type heater cable that attaches to the left handside of the matrix and up to the heat adjustment knob, like so:-
