1.4sr to 1.6gsi

i have a 1.4sr engine in my nova but im trying to steel a rusty white 1.6gsi for £150 if i do i will be puting the engine into mine just wondered if ther are any common problems or anything i need to know before i do this? i then plane to sort the gsi shell and turn it into a redtop track car. :thumb:

mounts/driveshafts gearlinkage etc are all straightforward. Need to change fuel lines and pump etc (steal off the gsi).

Wiring im not sure about, use the search and have a look im sure it would have been covered before.

Theres only 5 wires to connect up chap.

Fuel pump
Starter live
Starter neg
RPM gauge
Oil pressure
