I believe BTB make the manifolds for SBD so you may end up the the same type back!!
I may be wrong but i had mine made at BTB and pretty sure all those years back he told me he made the manifolds for SBD.

BTB do make them for SBD but I would presume its a type C he is going for

I used more a whole 50 x 2 pack of Themo Tec wrap just to wrap the primaries on Ads old Simpson manifold, it needed another 25 to finish the lower half
