ive tried confused.com, moneysupermarket.com and still the same they still want to hammer a young lad like me, erm been getting quotes on nova's and corsa's on the look out for a nice nova though been wanting one for ages :D

go direct to the insurers... these compare the market type places take a cut and give you crappier cover etc

Try some comparison websites purely get a handle on what companies will touch you, then pick up the phone and speak to them. You can haggle on the phone :D

Not always, some get a discount by guaranteeing certain companies so much business.

am 20 on the 23rd of this month, just seen a good quote there from kwik fit 1100 quid on a corsa 1.0 :(:D

Congrats on the test passing, i found that the co-op are quite cheap for nova's, but i aint with them anymore because of modifications which they dont like. but stay with the nova's was my first car, bought better ones now but sitll driving them :P
