MK2 Rear Bumper

Haynes is as unhelpful as usual.

To remove the rear bumper on a mk2, are there any bolts under the wheel arch?

I Think there is 2 bolts in the boot, if you lift the carpet up you should see them opposite to the bumper...

Not 100% sure as I have a MK1, but think its the same.

yeah just found at there is 2 bolts there, and also two inside the wheel arch, which means the wheels need to come off :( Gotta go out in the cold and take them off now :( :o

you can do it without takin the wheelsoff!
bit of a biatch wiv bigger wheels on there though!
6 fastenings altogether.
