very good apart from Billy Connolly playing himself, ie. annoyingly......
it is set in the middle of the peace line in Belfast & it involves 2 blokes who decide to sell wigs. the police are after a bald ira man, so they have to sell loads of wigs to the ira. then the soldiers lose their hair due to stress, etc... considering the subject matter, it is a funny film
