Finaly got myself a nova. Ok so its a 5 door. Not the best to ever come out the factory.

Its in need of a lot of TLC, many rust and little things like the horn fitting problery and a radio fitting.

The wing touches the bonnet which is from a mk2 ??????

Crusty battery tray - reason it failed the mot and was up for sale

I know i was just saying that the bonnet is from a mk2. No other damage on it!

doesnt look TOO bad. should be a nice project for you. start a project thread and il enjoy reading the progress on it :)

what are the plans after uv got the rust sorted?

Once most of the rust has been sorted and some of the odds and ends it will be sold - not a fan of 5 doors and i bought it purly for a profit and to put another back on the road!

So it needs:
Welding in the battery tray
Arch sorting
2 Front tyres
Timing sorting
and a good clean lol

Its had a tap on that corner id guess thats why its running a mk2 bonnet, are you gonna fit the three spokes from the other one in the background as i would and lower it and it should look pretty cool.

Imo considering its E reg its in very good condition tbh bud:thumb:

lol i dont think alex would like me nicking his wheels lol

Im going to slap on his coilovers for a day or two - see how it rides - shame only have -40 rear springs :roll:

To be honest its different, I think it would look good if you took the rubbing strips off, maybe fit GTE front and rear bumpers, lower it and some 3spokes, Keep it glachie white too.

someone onhere reckoned white mk1s never rusted as bad as the other colours........ good luck with it, keep it standard, buy a trilby hat to go driving in & get a really short girlfriend who will wear a huge flowery hat.

Only problem i have with keeping it is i owe somone £80 that i borrowed lol

Btw just looked at the orignal log book 25/02/1988 :o
