Hi. I'm just about to drill and tap a hole into my inlet manifold for the brake servo vacuum. The vauxhall one is too big to fit straight into the side of the SBD inlet due to the size of the lug on the side of no.4 intake. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so what size adaptor did you use. The vauxhall thread that goes into the bottom of the inlet on the c20xe looks approx M14 (i haven't checked this though). Is there a plug available that goes from M10 on one side to M14(if thats the correct size) on the other so I can fit the original vacuum hose?

This is the side view of the manifold and the lug that I'm going to drill and tap

Took it straight around to Wilcox Competition Engines to have servo return drilled and tapped into it, and 2x 1/8th holes drilled in diagonally to create airways between cylinders 2 and 3 to prevent pulsating

Thanks for taking the time to help guys. Unfortunately I'm fitting carbs not throttle bodies (my mistake for not mentioning this) so my inlet is different meaning I can't drill between intake 2 and 3. The only place it can go is in the side of inlet 4 (unless I'm missing something)? I'll give sbd a ring in the morning as I have alternator bracket issues aswell.
