what fuel pressure for 1600 on t40's

as above - just asking as its set at 3.5 for now it idles fine, but bogs down til it gets going then its fine

do i need to turn it down to 2.5? ive got an fse regulator and facet pump:thumb:

are they jetted to your engine?
and 3.5 is the standard setting iirc for most engines. (please correct me if im wrong)

iirc theyre jettted for a 1400, would this cause the bogging (hesitation) when putting foot down?

yes...you've answered your own question matey.....the bowls are emptying quicker than filling when putting foot the the floor. it is sort of common sense that if been jetted for 1400 that the 1600 will need more fuel

you've got and extra 200cc, so would make a hell of a lot of sense to jet it too suit the 1600. prob be lookuing at larger mains or emulsuion tubes
