Now Iv done 15posts i thought id put sum pics of my GTE xe! Also got a gsi with a LET project on the go!! enjoy. Let me no what u think?

That looks sweet as! :thumb:

Could do with orange side repeater lenses though . Would look alot more retro then the mk4 astra ones look out of place

get some pics of your project up too, im in middle of building a LET A reg myself :)

It has now got original orange side repeater on it! i total agree the astra mk4 indicators do look gay! Want the standard ish look! Suprise a few people!

Gsi, These are old pics, the engine has bin fully re-built and the shell is in the body shop being painted as we speak!

not to many mark 1s like that looks well any spec on it

No major work done to it engine wise! Usual stuff, Exhaust system, bigger fuel pump, filter, and heads bin polished! rolling road print out of 167bhp at mikeanics in congolton.

Thats all very cool, nice subtle and with a Surprise under the Bonnet, but I can I have pics of the Tractor please mate? For some reason I've develloped a Craving for a Really old Tractor.

The old tractors are my dads!!! lol he has 27 of the lay around!! Im catching up with novas tho, got 2 and on the hunt for a 3rd! lollol

The GTE is a clean one. Definatley needs the stickers and I gather you already have the original indicators, which it needed.

What plans for the turbo then? Should be a nice project over the winter months :)

Just going to leave the outside standard apart from the usual, lowered, speedline, and exhaust, the engine is already running phase 2, with actuator. Frontera intercooler, which will be hiden behind the bumper, rear disc conversion v6 front brakes, polly bushed braded hoses! not sure if to strip the back out with a half cage or put the back seats back in! At the mo thinkin stripped out! Got all the parts apart from the cage, just need it back from the body shop the can start putting the jig saw back 2gether! lol :D

no way! didnt relise midpoint garage was in middlewich! seen a couple of them m.p.g stickers knocking around the area recently on a few bog standard cars guess they just come in for service work etc?
would love to have a look at them 2 novas of yours one day, youl have to let me know if your ever in the area and fancy showing one of your motors off?

Yeah no worries m8, the GTE is off the road for winter, just parked up in the shed, but will b out and about in summer! doubt the Gsi will b on the road for a while yet! Hoping 2 have it all finished for pod and billing! lol
