1: hi my mate is breaking his 2002 astra sri turbo and was wondering if the 308mm brakes would fit behind my 16'' speedlines?

i have 288's atm with a fair amount of clearence.

2: where can i get a polished/chrome showcage from? been looking on ebay and can only find cages for a corsa B, would it still fit a nova ?

dunno, but get the zlet and bung that in fo sho!

edit: actually ive seen the 308's on a mk2 astra 8vt that was in tv a few years ago

afaik brakes won't fit.

MPS used to sell chromed show cages but they have gone bust I think, don't know of anywhere else mate.

Hi,

I have 308's on my nova with 16" rims.

However these are Wolfrace Voodoos which are 7" wide on a 42mm offset.

Not too sure whether you will have enough room for the calipers behind Speedlines on a 49mm offset

they wont bolt on , and its nowt to do with the size , they have dieffernt mounting points then nova /older vuaxhalls ,

would be interested in a price for my mk4 astra though lol

If its a show cage your after Id speak to Lee at Fusion fabrication fella as he's done heaps of vauxhall cages over the past few years and will tailor to your needs exactly.
