hi
currently looking at buying a digi dash ive found this

and he says its the round version is this possable?
i thought the round versions had the different shaped clocks.
any more info would be greatly appricated:thumb: .

AFAIK they're exactly the same to look at except the revcounter is different.

I think he must be referring to the rev counter. One is the "tick" version and the other is as stated, the round type.

i think the round actually looks better so im going to go with it i think.

The round version is designed for the higher revving 16V engine. Tick type is like that to illustrate peak power.

i prefer the tick but not the trainers lol. my rev counter tick used to flash it you over reved it by staying in gear for too long. my bad.
the tick ones expensive? not 100% sure what to look for yet.

before everyone used to sell complete digi dashes for £30 with everything i had about five in the past and now with ebay they are getting bidded on by theres mates to up the price big time.
Ive got the round one on mine, looks better imo

i think the tick goes better with the mk1 and the round one with the mk2.
theres a round im looking at getting at the moment i think it looks better than the tick to be honest i might get it and if i not like it swap with my mate.
hes got the tick but didnt wire it up right so i might say try mine wire it up right then take his ha ha

its impossible to wire it up wrong lol
well he has lol or the transducer is the wrong one. dunno lol
The tick ones are from early GTE's and the round from the later GTE's, nothing to do with it being 8v or 16v. The round ones are slightly harder to get hold of as there wasn't as many made in the first place. All down to personal choice tho as witch one is for you;)
