Anybody got any pics of Novas on 14" alloys (not 3 spokes/Nova wheels etc), preferably Compomotive MOs?

Also has anybody tried the 14" new-style (not old flat spoke style) MOs over 256x24mm brakes? Do they fit?

Thanks white2lSR, I'll resist wanting RFXs as I bet they're mega hard to find!

Didn't realise Austins were 14s Loggy, will go looking for more pics of his, thanks.

Just scour the bay dude, I've seen a few sets in 4x100 lately. If I knew you were looking I'd have linked you up lol.

Glad to see you've finally seen the light and are ditching the Astra wheels :D

Ive been after a cheap pair of 14" mos for a while so I could run my 14" track tyres on the front but keep the car looking tidy and run the 15s on the rear.

Offplot offered me some, but where in too good condition for me to buy at the price im hoping to pay!

I haven't been looking really, not sure what I want. lol Just fancied some pics of 14" MOs to see if they look any better suited than the 15" version.

Loggy you looked in to brake clearance with 256s when it comes to 14" MOs? I heard they were quite a good wheel for clearance.

AFAIK its pretty much only 14" nova/gte rims that cause issues on 256s (mainly down to the high offset and narrow width). All other 14s ive fitted have been fine over 256s (steels, astra gte, cav fan blades (1" gls? versions), corsa gsi etc). The 15" Mos clear 288 calipers with plenty of room, the 'deep' style of the MO spokes lends it self to good clearance.
I would also assume that Austin had 256s on his RWD.

You must hate most Novas then lol Might stick with 15s on mine, can guarantee they look good at least :)

Nothing wrong with being different. After all GTE GSi came from the factory with 14" rims.
Im more into the old skool look

Yes TBH, there lovely rims TH's are, but so fecking hard to get in a 15" that fits pukka.

I only came across mine by chance and at a steal of a price. Bought them instantly with no pics, purely becuase there Gravel Spec rims (harder compound alloy - even harder to get hold of)

14''s are fine on a Nova IMO when they are wide enough. 5.5J atleast as opposed to the puny 5'' which the 3 spokes are.
