View Full Version : How to make fog lights fit

Well ive bought this and picking it up on the 17th off steve

Now i want fit fog lights but it looks like the base for them has been cut out if you look at them on this pic

So what would you say is the best way round to get them to fit?

do you mean how to cut the holes or mount the lights.

how to mount them, it dont look like nothing there to mount them to on the one ive bought.

id make up brackets and fix them to the front panel then the snowplough fits over them.

Rear mount lamps into the front valance? Thats what I'll be doing.

You're aware Steve has an OEM foglamp kit for sale that would suit that bumper?

Yea but cant afford them :(

Sounds like the best way is to mount them on the valance then.

you need the foglight surrounds to. as you can see on the one on the white saloon. :) there just click in thingies.

the snowplough on the saloon is mine now btw, there some better pics in my WIP.
the previous owner didnt had the foglamps with it, and he just closed the holes with paintcan lids lol but it works.

dont buy the kit from duick... i want that lol

Make some surrounds. There was a kid in Total Vauxhall once that had a barried up blue mk3 Cav and he used plant pots and Jeep Cherokee spots lol

hmm plant pots, i have a few of them lol think i might give that ago

Dont worry mayham ill let you have the the kit duick has. Couldnt get them for ages if i wanted to

Yeah man give it a bash :) Sure someone will have the mag mate. It was on the front cover, possibly MG Trophy blue, huge kit and 19's lol
