bias valve

im gonna finally fit the cav sri rear discs currently in my garage in a couple of weeks.
im runnin a standard sr servo/master cylinder, but with cav gsi/astra gte ATE calipers/discs etc. will this setup require the rear discs to have a bias valve to stop locking-up?
the car is being converted to 2 litre and ive heard stories that with the xtra weight up front, under heavy braking the back will rise more, causing locking up-true???

Under heavy braking they can lock up, you can make a Bia's valve for ?1. I will try to find the guide.
