Anybody know the best place to get a brand new gsi radiator from???? i seen them on ebay for £60 posted but entirely sure there the correct one!..
Try the yellow pages, there was a place near me that did them.
But at the same time if its for a 2.0 conversion you dont necessarily need a gsi one, mine runs fine on the 1.2 rad, just make sure the temp switch works for the fan :thumb:

i got my radiator brand new off ebay gte/gsi with no problems atall,in fact i have the GTE,the one shown was for a gsi(but im sure there all the same fitment anyhow's,well must be,lol read on)i was told there was a later spec radiator, that has slightly larger internal cores!!!not sure if this is true???but the same fitment so i bought it fitted it no problems atall.
EDIT; i only paid around £25 quid for mine(,you can definatly get them cheaper than £60 on ebay, even new from ebay shops.
most pattern rads are gsi size to keep manufacturing costs down, just watch out that the bottom hose is at the right height
Got mine off eBay for £48 delivered. Genuine Valeo item.
tried your local motorfactors ?

Well ebay can do them at £60 including delivery so not really too pricey compared to carcraft who quoted me around £100:wtf:

Some pattern ones are utterly crap. I got a genuine Valeo one from Halfords for about £70 IIRC.
I got a genuine one from BMS (local motorfactors) for about £45 about 6 months ago.
