Front end looks sooo much better without those tacky looking lights on bud, looks mean as hell and i like it!

Before you decide to redo your leather in red id go have a look at a honda S2000 as they have red leather in some of the higher spec ones and imo it looks awful, id go for a similar but darker grey to yours or black or something keeping with the colours of your car as is:thumb:

cheers mate, looking mean was my intention so hopefully its paid off.

only reason why i was thinking red was cos of the newer m3s have it dont they? and thought it would stand out a bit. iv never sat in one though so maybe that will change my mind. i dont want black as my mate has that in his silver m3 and even tho i prefer it (has black pillars, roof lining, etc) but i think itl be too much black for my car. they do a grey trim for these seats aswell which would look ideal imo, but it means iv got to sell my interior and find and buy a grey one. if i can be bothered il get it done one day :) iv already got the black pillars and roof lining to go in from another car, so its just the leather i want to sort out.

iv brought it a lot higher than that now, even tho it stall has a bad lean to it. its just the way i got used to driving i suppose, week by week it is getting higher tho Lol, but the seat will always be wound down on its **** lol

Blood red leather would look really well, be a good contrast against the black!!

sadly none of them are m3s mate. i bought the purple 328 a few months ago, havnt got around to taking the badge of yet tho lol

im really not wanting the leather black. i like the contrast it has now and it stands out so much more than my mates does.

If it were silver I would have said red leather. Just get a black interior IMO, decent quality hide from black second hand OEM seats or pay a fortune for a retrim. Nah, been down that road and wouldn't go back. Or advise anyone else too! and I think we all know how to$$ a cheap retrim looks too!

PMSL @ the seats! You must lean over the steering wheel with one arm? No way can your backrest be functional and allow you to see out of the windscreen lol I wouldn't even rock the gangster lean that much in the passenger seat on a road trip!

Good call on the lights though, very pleased to see them in the bin (ebay?)

the lean is nowhere near like that now mate, that pic was taken just as i got the car and i hadnt even driven it.

the lights arnt on ebay, theyl probs just hang about in my storage with all my other crap lol

cream leather? im pretty sure iv already got that havnt i Lol? i think il get all my black trims in and then see what i want to do, i may just even keep it like it is but would love a grey set if it comes up for sale

if you want red leather, you could look into gm colours. the astra coupe has a nice tint of red, and that looks great in a black car.
