saab reds

ive just bought some phase2 chips for my cav c20let, and ive managed to get a set of saab reds out of a p-reg 9000 2litre turbo. will these be any good on the standard fpr? or are the yellows i have be fine for the job and just get a adjustable fpr?

ive got an 8.1 litre intercooler, hybrid turbo and a courtney actuator if this helps.

what was your 'phase 2 chip' mapped using?

injector/fuel deliver spec must match the mapping conditions of the chip.

the chips are eds phase 2 chips. i havnt yet had it mapped if that helps?
only that ive heard that the engine overfuels with the reds in? just wanna know wot people think?

Your not really gonna be able to get it mapped if your just using the origional ECU with the Phase2 chip set.
Phase2 was intended to be run on the std yellow injectors with a 3.5bar reg, pointless changing them for the reds if you ask me.

Agreed, ive just been through all this. Ive gone back to standard everything and done away with the reds.
