Anyone fitted the whole rear floor panel? How many days were involved? Thinking of getting one off duick. Cheers

carnt see it being too tricky, but if you have no experience at body work i can see it taking a while!!!

Im not planning to do it myself, i want an idea for price. A guy ive just spoken to reckons 3 days work?

takein the old one of can be tricky you have to drill the spot welds and separte the old skin from the car but i cant see 3days work think he is riping you of m8
If you can get on with it, you'll do it in a day.
Wirebush end on a grinder over the spot welds to find them all.
Buy a good spot weld drill bit. and a drift.
Two good sets of mole grips, and some self tappers to get the pannel all alined.
Day 1: remove and refit floor
Day 2: paint & bake
Day 3: check paint, spare day if anything goes wrong.
I can see it being 3 days for a bodyshop. Better they quote you three and do it in 2 rather than quote you 1 and do it in 2...
