a cav/ calibra have these plugs in the doors where the micro switches are on the inside handle and the plugs are along the bottom edge of the door.

Its a AK Transduducer.

one with electric windows is the best bet as there is two micro switches, one for the deadlocks and one for the power windows but i cant mind which one had 3 wires in it.
