Alarm

In a previous thread i mentioned that my car dash had gone a bollok.

It was because the previous owner overload a live going into the fuse box and it melted the connectors!

My alarm stopped working when that happened too.

Now my dash works again (sorted the fuse box etc) and my alarm does not.

I've tried re-setting the alarm from the fob, ideas?

Its a cobra 7 something ftw.

check its getting power using a test lamp or volt meter and if no power check fusses for the alarm. if theres power diconnect it and plug it in and still no sound i think its melted.
