Which are Hall Effect switches

Ive got a code saying the the hall effect switch has low voltage, but i dont have a dizzy i have a coil pack does anyone know of any other hall effect switchs in use on the c20xe engine? :thumb:

Are you definently reading the code right?

The dizzy on a dizzy engine has a hall sensor. Crank sensor is a VR setup

Cam sensor, they still have them on the DISpac engine.

on a dizzy, the hall effect sensor is mounted inside the dizzy, i had to replace my dizzy a few months ago as a result...

On a dispack engine, it could well as said, use the same code for another component thats not on a dizzy engine...

as said the dispack XE has a cam sensor still, mounted where the dizzy would be.

thought so the wires are a bit screwy in that area anyways! Ill just kick it later :)
