i have a problam on a f13 i dismantle this gear box about 2 years a go and yestarday i tride to instalet, i have a problem ,when i instaled the gear box on the housing the 5th gear dase not engage , do any one hade this problem before ?

when you fitted it back on the car did you adjust the linkage.

no it is on a banch the 4 gears angage with no problem
but the 5th is very hard to engage and probably dase not engage

Disconnect the gear linkage and see if you can put the box in 5th by hand...

the gear box is not in the car it have no linkeg conectit

you havent accidentaly knocked a selctor out of place have you?
