Car running on 3 cylinders, changed plugs 2 weeks ago ok after that, started running on 3 again this morning. Changed the HT leads today, still running on 3. What else could i try!?

You could try a new dizzy cap and rotor arm! that could be it.. but before that take the leads off and look at the tops of the plugs to see if the top has come loose that little contact on the end always comes loose tighten it with some pliers!! not too tight though..

Another thing worth checking is the heat sheild/insulators that fir between the plug lead and plug - remove this and connect lead directly to plug and see if this makes a difference.

My uncle has these special things that you plug in between the lead and the plug, basically it produces a flash when the plug sparks, so you can tell which one isnt firing, that will narrow the search for a solution down.

Run a compression test on each cylinder, it may be worse than you thought (but hopefully not). I had a similar problem a while ago, changed plugs etc etc as people have suggested above, it turned out to be a valve seat burnt out :(
