Tb noise or turbo noise??

kind of a weird question, but eveyone says that throttle bodied nova's sound pretty shit hot, ive never heard one myself but thats wot ive heard, but wot about turbo'd nova's, aside for the dump valve have they got a deeper engine note as well, or do the trottle body's still sound better anyways??

Throttle bodies are the only way for proper roar!

Most turbo's at higer revs u can hear a whistle!

running twin 40s - i wud say either twin carbs or TBs - induction roar is FAPTASTIC

to be fair the cost of the carbs is almost worth it for the noise alone, let alone the performance generated :D

go for twin carbs or TB IMO

get lag and shit with turbos..............

If you want a sweet engine noise, go for a nova turbo with a anti lag kit fitted. Rally style :P

go for throttle bodies !!! WHY ? get hold of jeremy clarksons video- at full throttle coz it's got that white courtenay nova, 2.0 16v on TB's and it sound absolutley awsome :D :D :D the only thing with a turbo is u can only hear the dump valve when u back off the throttle but throttle bodies is a constant roar, if u know what I mean

tb/carb noise is cool. the perfect match is a r5gtt. carb iduction noise and a turbo with a dump valve.

ive had 1600 on twin 40's, a 2litre 16v on twin 48's and a cav turbo and to be honest, i much, much prefer the noise of the turbo wind up.
