Help with wiring for coil on 1.4 8v

Ive just fit a 1.4 8v into my car which was originally a 1.0, however i dont have the wiring with the 6 way plug on it which plugs into the coil/ignition module and i cant make any sense of the wiring diagrams in the haynes manual im just wandering if anyone has a simpler diagram or could explain to me how the coil is wired up so i could make my own loom if possible

If i remember il have a look at mine tomorrow, but the loom will need to have a 2 (iirc) pin plug. The rest is a pain in the bum as i found out.
